My stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were cozy and had fireplaces, comfortable beds, and a lovely balcony. The air conditioning system kept the room at the perfect temperature. The service was lacking as they did not have my reservation due to not having access to the office, but the laundry service was convenient. The location was superb, situated on a hill and close to major attractions and all the shops. Despite the minor inconvenience with the reservation, the proximity to everything made up for it. The dining experience was satisfactory, even with a coupon at the Muffin, and the Neapolitan pizza was a highlight. The facilities offered were adequate, contributing to a pleasant stay.
